Moroccan Nurse to Join Germany's Healthcare System
Professional placement services from application to integration into the German healthcare sector.

We work with people – not with CVs.
Bringing foreign nurses to Germany is more than an organizational process. It means accompanying people into a new phase of life – with all its professional, linguistic, and cultural challenges. Triple Agency was founded out of this very responsibility.
Responsibility instead of placement logic.
We don't believe in quick fixes in the nursing sector. We believe in preparation, support, and interpersonal understanding. Sustainable integration is only possible when all sides are understood – nurses, facilities, and the environment in which both come together.
We do not place people without preparation.
We prioritize language over speed.
We take responsibility beyond the start of employment.
We act fairly – towards nurses and facilities.
Why „Triple Agency“ ?
The name Triple Agency stands for three levels of responsibility that we assume in our work.
Responsibility towards the nursing staff
We accompany people into a new phase of life – linguistically, professionally and personally.
Responsibility towards the facilities
We secure personnel structures through preparation, quality and long-term commitment – not through short-term placement.
Responsibility towards the system
International recruitment has an impact beyond individual employment relationships. That is why we act sustainably, fairly and with a view to long-term integration.
International recruitment is a matter of trust.
Anyone who brings people from another country to Germany takes on responsibility – professionally, socially and personally. For us, this responsibility does not end with a signed contract, but begins exactly there. That is why we accompany nurses and facilities personally – from the first contact to stabilization in everyday work.

Structured. Personal. On-site.
Our work is based on three pillars:
We work with our own contacts in Germany and Morocco, know the challenges of both countries from our own experience and ensure that integration does not remain theoretical – but works in everyday life.

Mokhtar connects Germany and Morocco on a level that is crucial for successful integration: interpersonal and cultural.
Born and raised in Germany, yet culturally and linguistically deeply rooted in Morocco, he knows the expectations and challenges of both sides from his own experience. This dual perspective ensures that preparation is realistic, communication is honest, and integration succeeds in the long term.

Medical perspective & everyday experience
Julia is responsible for the language training and quality assurance of our nursing staff – from the basic fundamentals to secure communication in everyday nursing care.
As a qualified teacher of German as a foreign language, she has worked for many years with people from third countries who are learning German from scratch in order to integrate not only professionally but also socially in Germany. Through her work, we ensure that language is not understood as a formal requirement, but as a basis for security, self-confidence and long-term arrival.
